Job Description

• Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project that are suitable with the project requirements
• Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
• Negotiating technical parts of contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements for company
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction works and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Keeping up to date with any policy and legislation changes
• Manage the project to meet the timeline, cost and quality objectives
• Monitor of overall project site with the ability to forecast problems and prevent them from occurring
• Select appropriate construction methods and strategies that are in line with the regulations requirement and safety standards
• Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite
• Respond to work delays, other problems and emergencies
• Make safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Maintain quality control procedures
• Randomly check the quality of materials, e.g sand, brick, gravel and cement
• To manage material requirement and preparation of BOQ for procurement
• Prepare technical drawing for projects including calculations

工作要求

• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is a must
• Have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management within Cambodia of large commercial construction projects
• Be competent at using AutoCAD, Sketchup
• Good understanding of MEP systems
• Up to date knowledge of legal requirements pertaining a construction project including contractual terms
• Knowledge of local Cambodian and International safety standards is essential
• Must be computer literate and able to handle a full range of Microsoft Office programs
• Cambodian and Foreigners are welcome to apply
